Outside Room Monitor

Description: Stationed outside performance center. Prepare students for entry by making sure they have two real copies of their music. Try to stay on time and in order, but changes will be necessary. Ensure judge knows what entry is actually performing.

Requirements: This role can be fulfilled by a student or a parent.

Inside Room Monitor

Description: Sit in room during all events. Time all events and report time to judge. (2.5 minute minimum, 6 minute maximum)

Requirements: We would prefer this role be fulfilled by a parent.

Ballot Runner

Description: Collect ballots from Centers 1-3 and bring the to the scoring center (middle IMC) after every 2-3 events.

Requirements: We would prefer this role be fulfilled by a student.
